Packing for a Move
About Me
Packing for a Move

Welcome to my website. I’m hoping to provide you with some useful packing tips. My name is Ellen Monday. My family and I moved from a very large home to a large home. My point being, although we still live in a large house, we did downsize. It was almost like packing for two moves because we had belongings going to the new house and some going to storage. We had to make decisions about what we wanted to keep, store and get rid of. I have some tips on how we made those decisions, and the best ways we found to pack. Items that were going into storage were packed differently than those we were moving to the new house. Boxes had to be carefully and clearly marked so we didn’t end up storing our everyday dishes or something tragic like that! Hope you enjoy my blog.

Tired Of That Outdated Bathroom? Why It's Time To Remodel It

Aaron Carroll

The bathroom is likely one of the spots in your house that you use more than any other place. You relieve yourself there, get fixed up for work, and primp and prep before that big date on the weekend. If you live in an older home, there's a good chance that your bathroom might be in dire need of an overhaul. Remodeling the bathroom could end up working out for you in ways that you can't even imagine.

New Tile Makes the Bathroom Even More Beautiful

It's amazing how different your bathroom can look if you change out the tile. Tile often serves as an afterthought in some bathrooms, but tile really makes a big difference in the overall appearance of the space. Bathroom tile remodeling can transform a room that looks like a throwback to the past into something absolutely sensational!

Think about the mood you want to experience when you enter the bathroom. Serenity comes to mind because so many people long to luxuriate in a hot shower or bath without giving much attention to their mobile phones or thinking about what bills need to be paid. You can create an ocean motif that fills the walls of the bathroom with an ocean setting which is so beautiful that you actually look forward to the moments when you are able to hide away in the restroom and enjoy the beauty of a seaside village without even having to leave your house.

Renovate Your Shower for the Resort Experience

If you have a cramped shower that only features a water spigot and curtain, you probably quickly cleanse yourself and get away from the area. However, what if you had a shower that was spacious and inviting, virtually begging you to stay for long periods of time? It's all possible when you renovate the shower in your house.

When the bathroom contractor comes out to change your tile, you should also ask about getting a frameless shower. Frameless showers feature a huge panel of glass that extends from the floor to the ceiling. Because there is no curtain, the bathroom instantly seems bigger, and you're able to walk all over the shower space as you feel the calming waters soothe your body.

The renovations that you do to your bathroom just might pay off in more ways than you can imagine. The investment you make in changing out your current setup will most certainly make bath time a high point of the day.
